Pangborn Home Inspections, LLC does not perform repair or maintenance work. This will assure you that we have no conflict of interest regarding your home.

Purchasing a home is one of the largest investments we make. We feel it is important that the buyer(s) be present towards the end of the inspection and are encouraged to ask questions.

At the completion of the inspection you will be given an opportunity to discuss with the inspector any concerns with the house. Positive aspects of the house will also be shared by the inspector. We feel it is important to answer all your questions and insure you are completely satisfied with the inspection.

Should a problem be found in the house, we are trained to explain the difference between serious problems and ordinary problems in terms that are not confusing. This will help you in the negotiation process and in establishing priorities for maintenance, repair or replacement of systems.

Pangborn Home Inspections, LLC delivers the most comprehensive report in the Boone County area. Our typical report is from 30 to 40 pages with a narrative that describes the full condition of the property. It includes digitized photos of significant problem areas. The report is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
